Terms and Conditions

Below are Tuscan Holidays Terms and Conditions. Tuscan Holidays may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and shall be effective once posted on Tuscan Holidays website. If a deposit has been paid, you will be notified as soon as possible.



Once a deposit has been paid,  the client agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned in this document. All tour rates are in $AUD. Additional services offered may be displayed on the website in Euros. Deposits are non transferable.

A Booking Form will be made available for you to complete along with a $500 deposit and a copy of your passport.

Final balance is due 45 days prior to travel. Failure to pay the full amount 45 days before your tour, will reserve the right of Tuscan Holidays to cancel your booking at its discretion.

Cancellations must be received in writing and a $250 per person cancellation fee applies along with any fees and payments made to wholesalers and suppliers who do not refund.

All cancellations are reviewed and handled on a individual basis to ensure the most equitable solution.  



It is a condition of travel that every client has appropriate travel insurance cover. We strongly recommend full travel insurance so as to provide full cover which will include cancellations.Tuscan Holidays cannot in any way be made liable for any additional cost incurred by the customer on any tour.

We advise that you familiarise yourself with the cover you purchase. Travel Insurance details are to be supplied to Tuscan Holidays before traveling. Please check your policy carefully.

As we are also associated with MTA Travel, we are more than happy to help with your travel needs and appropriate insurances



When it comes to Passports and Visas, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that:

  • your passport is current.

  • current means that your passport must still be valid 6 months after the return date of any tour.

  • Visa’s are not currently required for the countries we are visiting, but we will let you know if things change.  


We will be using the details of your passport to book all travel and hotels. International travel and hotels require your name exactly as it appears in your passport. We are not liable for any loss or expense due to a passenger’s failure to have a valid passport or visa.

For security, If for any reason that you do not provide the correct information you may not be able to travel.In this case, the client will bare all costs incurred.



All clients are requested to provide Tuscan Holidays with:

  • $500 deposit for their selected tour

  • Copy of passport so as to confirm and book and travel, hotels and activities

  • Their international flight schedules no later than 30 days prior to tour departure.
    - Tuscan Holidays can also arrange your travel flight requirements

  • Copy of Travel Insurance cover
    - Tuscan Holidays can also arrange your travel insurance requirements

  • Any food requirements 30 days prior to tour

  • Any accommodation requests 30 days prior to tour

  • Any health conditions we may need to know about as many tours have physical activities from walking to biking to hiking and swimming



All possible effort will be made to adhere to the published touring itinerary. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control will force changes, amendments or modifications to the itinerary and its inclusions.

Tuscan Holidays cannot be held responsible for any omissions or modifications to the itinerary or the inclusions made as a consequence to these changes.

Tuscan Holidays also reserves the right to change the daily itinerary on tour due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond its control. These decisions are final and may not be disputed during or after the tour.



Inclusions include: (as per itinerary)

  • english speaking Tuscan Holidays Tour Director

  • meals

  • arrival and departure transfers when flight purchase through MTA.

  • pre-arranged transfers,

  • fully-guided sightseeing and entrance fees

  • activities and shows

  • specialized local Tour Guides


Exclusions for our tours include:

  • International Airfares (but we are available to arrange for you)

  • Travel insurance

  • Arrival and departure taxes, tariffs and levies  

  • Costs associated with passports and visas

  • Any hotel accommodation prior to the start and the final day of the tour

  • Meals other than those specified in the itinerary

  • All beverages with the exception of ‘welcome drinks’

  • Optional activities chosen during the tour and not specified as being included

  • Clients to ensure settlement of any charges made by them at any hotel or venue
    (eg. room service, mini bar, laundry, and communication charges)  


Tuscan Holidays acts primarily as a booking agent and uses the services of other companies and parties to book the items listed in the itinerary. Our focus is on providing you with a wonderful and memorable experience by trying to minimise any worry about the planning and management of the tour. As such, we search out the best hotels, venue and activities and pre book as much as possible to then leave you with less to think or worry about.

We employ every effort to ensure this happens but Tuscan Holiday does not accept any responsibility or liability for loss or injury to person or property whether by negligence or otherwise on the part of the operator or associated hotels, venues or activities.

We also do not accept any liability for any dissatisfaction with accommodation, venues or activities that client may feel.
